A graduate in Electrical Engineering, joined Essar Shipping Company’s offshore division in 1984.He switched over to foreign line in 1986 as Electrical cum Marine Engineer and worked for 8 years in 2 different Greek companies. Later on he worked for Hong Kong based Companies till 2002. He has sailing experience of over 18 years on Tankers, Bulk Carriers, Log Carriers, Container vessels & all kind of Offshore vessels. He decided to establish his own Organization in the year 2002 with the intention to be associated with the shipping industry. The company has seen the remarkable growth under his dynamic leader ship. His responsibilities include the promotion and growth of the organization and development of business opportunities.

Nischal Anand : Chief Operating Officer
With sailing experience of over 12 years and Masters in History with Bachelor’s Education. She is overall in charge of manning operations at Mumbai office and is responsible for coordinating with all the associates of NMS within India and overseas.

She screens, interviews and proposes the suitable candidates to the principals as per the given requirements.

A graduate in Commerce with specialization in Accounts is incharge of coordinating with all the offices under Naavex Group. She is also handling the Crew Certification for all the relevant Flag state authorities of the vessels under our Manning Management.

He is highly experienced Master Mariner holding Class I Licence from U.K. He has over 28 years of Sailing experience as Master and has overall 40 years of sailing experience. He is well known professional among the shipping circle as a veteran Master and has the credit of working with various reputed shipping companies. He is in charge of ship crewing (Deck Dept.) and management related operations. He also represents the company’s interest globally to venture into the possibilities of marketing our services.
Ratan Sharma
He is M.O.T Class I Chief Engineer with 32 years of experience as a Chief Engineer and overall sailing experience of 45 years. He has shore based relevant experience of over 10 years in technical management of the vessels. During his career, he has supervised dry docks, new ship buildings and handed/ taken over vessels for various companies. He is our Technical Advisor (Engine Dept.) in the company’s crew management system.
